Somatization 2: Fluid Body – Sponging – Pulsation

Exploring different fluids inside our body (intracellular, interstitial and transitional fluid), and their qualities of consciousness and movement.

This is a somatization from the session 2 of the Living Body Series (March 31st, 2024). We are exploring different fluids inside our body (intracellular, interstitial and transitional fluid), and their qualities of consciousness and movement. Feeling our container and fluid internal content. Exploring the flow of fluid through the membranes in and out of cells. Using the image of a sponge to bring fluidity into all parts of body and tune in to the pulsation of our natural impulse. A big thank you to all the participants.

What is a somatization? Somatization is form of guided meditation through which we direct our consciousness into our living body-mind and the myriad of processes that exist inside of us.
